VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have used Peachtree Dentures & Implants in the past, and my previous experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service, professionalism, and quality of care were impeccable. When I previously cracked a tooth, I had an extraction and was provided with a partial; the turnaround time was exactly as promised, the tooth looked amazing, and everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and attentive. Based on that experience, I had no hesitation returning when I recently experienced an issue with my previous partial. Unfortunately, this experience has been drastically different and extremely disappointing. There was considerable confusion about whether my new partial would be produced in the office or sent to a laboratory. When I finally received what was presented as the finished prosthetic, the quality and appearance were completely unacceptable. I was shocked that something of that quality had been approved to be placed in a patient’s mouth. I was later told that the issue resulted from incorrect information provided by the laboratory regarding how my previous partial had been produced. Dr. Wongk and his team were exceptional in providing services to create my dentures (temporary and permanent)! My story begins with “I lost my teeth” two weeks before Easter Sunday. I am 85 years old and definitely wanted to have teeth in by Easter. Even though it was complicated and had to be rushed Dr. Wongk and his team made it happen for me. They were compassionate and professional and ensured that the temporary dentures top and bottom exceeded my expectations. I went to church with teeth in my mouth! They looked at pictures of me to produce a permanent denture and fit that would not overwhelmingly alter my appearance. Since that time, I’ve received my permanent set and completed my follow up appointment with outstanding outcomes. People regularly compliment me on my smile! I highly recommend Dr. Wongk and his team to any person in need of dentures or implants!

I’ve been to 5 different offices for implant consultations and had terrible experiences before coming here. Wendy was such a beautiful help with waking me through the process as well as brining the doctor in. Not only did they assure me they can complete the implants I was also given complete reasoning of why I had trouble with other doctor offices. When it was time for a cost break down I was shown the most affordable plans that I have since starting this journey! Wendy was able to find a way to squeeze me in the following week. I’m more than thankful to have came across this office!!!!!

The staff at the office were very nice and helpful. Wendy especially was outstanding! She was kind, professional, and made my mother feel comfortable throughout my visit. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference. I highly recommend this dental practice.

It has been almost a year since my final fitting and I’ve been in a cloud ever since my first visit. I was greeted warmly and made to feel very comfortable, which I visited several offices prior and never felt heard only felt like a number. That comfy feeling never left. Every question was explained and answered and would be re-explained with patience whenever I felt anxious. I can’t express how much I appreciate the entire team. Dr. Wong is amazing and Becky is a gem! Living with my new smile has changed my life and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend!
